Key responsibilities:
Creation and development of marketing communications practice within the agency.
Creation and management of the structural division of the Company.
Business planning of Practice work (annual budgeting).
Working out a client base in accordance with the agency's strategy, selling agency services (Digital, TV, Radio, Print, Indoor, etc.).
Managing customer attitudes and expectations at the tender / sale stage. Project management for the preparation of a commercial proposal, team coordination.
Conducting presentations, negotiations with top officials of companies, concluding transactions (negotiating terms and concluding contracts).
Monitoring the effectiveness of implementation and, if necessary, fully participating in the management of the Practice's projects.
Maintaining positive sustainable business relationships with Customers.Speaking and participating in business and professional events.
Maintaining relations with representatives of the leading media.
Achievement of key monthly and quarterly indicators for new business.
